How quickly will iMove take to work?

Some people find that iMove starts to work within a few days to relieve stiffness and joint pain, but it can take up to 6 weeks. This is because that is how long it takes to the Glucosamine to reach your joints and start getting to work. The Hyaluronic acid and Green Lipped Mussel Extract will start to take effect quicker than that, but you are likely to need 6 weeks to feel the full benefits of iMove.

How many capsules should I take?

We recommend 2-3 capsules per day. If you haven’t used iMove before and are currently feeling a bit stiff, we’d recommend you start with 3 capsules a day for the first month. You’ll probably then find you can drop to 2 capsules a day to maintain your joints, but you’ve always got the flexibility to go back up to 3 a day if you’re going through a few days where you’re feeling stiff.

Should I take iMove all the time?

If you are looking to maintain your joint health, we would recommend you use them all the time. You can adjust the number of capsules you use on a daily basis depending on how you feel – we recommend between 2 and 3 capsules per day.

Is iMove better than cod liver oil?

Cod liver oil has been recommended for joints as it contains an omega 3 oil called EPA which can help bring some pain and stiffness relief. The difficulty is that the quality of cod liver oil varies greatly so you’re never sure how much omega 3 you are actually getting. The omega 3 oils contained in iMove are always consistent. iMove contains EPA, but it also contains a unique omega 3 called ETA from Green Lipped Mussel which is much more powerful. And on top of that you get all the other beneficial ingredients such as Glucosamine, Chondroitin and Hyaluronic Acid to provide all round joint support.

I’ve tried lots of joint supplements that don’t work. Is this any better?

There are a lot of joint supplements on the market of hugely varying quality. Very few supplements contain enough of the right quality and quantity of active ingredients to actually have any effect. iMove contains high levels of the highest quality active ingredients to provide the best support for your joints. But don’t take our word for it – take a look at what our customers say here

Why do my joints feel stiffer in cold weather?

People often feel stiffer in cold weather. It’s not actually because of the cold or damp, but because of the drop in atmospheric pressure that comes with this type of weather. The drop in pressure lets the tissues around your joints swell slightly, which puts extra pressure on nerve endings in the joints. This triggers pain signals and can make you feel stiffer as a result.

What’s the difference between Glucosamine HCl and Glucosamine Sulphate?

Many standard joint health supplements use Glucosamine Sulphate as that has been a traditional source of glucosamine, but at best it is only 80% pure. The rest is sodium or potassium salts to make it stable during manufacture. In some joint supplements using glucosamine sulphate the actual level of Glucosamine can be as low as 60%. The Glucosamine HCl used in iMove is 99.8% pure, providing much higher levels of glucosamine for your body to use. If you are looking for the purest form of glucosamine, choose Glucosamine HCl.
